Meet Your Instructor

Terri Mattson

Terri Mattson was taught to respect firearms from a young age. This respect
led her to her current passion: helping other build their confidence and
knowledge of firearms.
She is a certified NRA & USCCA instructor, a NRA certified Range Safety
Officer, and has earned both the Women’s Handguns and Self-Defense
Fundamentals and the Countering The Mass Shooter Threat certifications.
A life member of the NRA, Terri aims specifically at helping other women
properly handle and discharge a firearm. She is especially passionate about
promoting situational awareness for women as well as teaching a “Refuse To Be A Victim” course.
Terri serves on her church’s Safety team and is very involved at her church,
participating in the music ministry as well as a lead person on the media
team.
